Board & Town Hall Meetings

In-person and televised meetings for official HOA business and broader community discussions. All residents are welcome. Meetings are broadcast live on LVTV.

The Community Center sends weekly activity updates, and the General Manager occasionally sends a community email. Both are delivered via the FrontSteps Resident Portal to all registered residents and owners.

Electronic display boards throughout the Community Center keep residents updated on upcoming events, announcements, and schedule changes in real time.

For Cable TV Subscribers

LVTV — Community Television

LVTV is Leisure Village’s own community television channel, available to residents with Spectrum cable service on Channel 1390. Watch live board meeting broadcasts, community events, volunteer-produced entertainment, and original programming made by your neighbors.

Note: LVTV is only accessible to residents with a Spectrum cable box. New residents receiving a streaming box will not have access to Channel 1390.
