Open House Rules
Leisure Village’s gated community requires advance coordination with security before hosting an open house. Please follow all requirements below to ensure a smooth experience for you, your clients, and our residents.
🚪 Gate & Entry Requirements
✓ Notify the Main Gate in advance with the property address, open house date, and time
✓ All attendees must be pre-cleared by name before arriving at the gate
✓ Gate staff will not call the realtor to verify guests — pre-clearance is mandatory
✓ Anyone not pre-cleared will be denied entry
✓ Entry is through the Main Gate entrance only
✓ Call the gate at (805) 484-2861 to arrange guest access
📋 Showing Requirements
✓ Showings are permitted 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
✓ Buyers must be accompanied by the listing agent or homeowner at all times on LV property
✓ Agents must escort clients when viewing common areas and community amenities
✓ The listing agent and homeowner must each have a completed Realty Authorization Form on file with the Association Office before any showings begin
✓ Contractor work related to the sale: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
