Community Involvement
Active Committees
Leisure Village committees are made up of dedicated resident volunteers who work alongside the Board and management to enhance our community. All residents are welcome — and encouraged — to get involved.
💰 Finance Committee
Reviews the Association's financial reports, budget proposals, and reserve fund allocations. Works closely with the Treasurer and management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
🌿 Landscaping Committee
Oversees the maintenance and beautification of Leisure Village's 400 acres of grounds, gardens, and common areas. Makes recommendations on landscaping contracts and improvements.
🛡️ Insurance Committee
Reviews the Association's master insurance policy, evaluates coverage needs, and advises the Board on insurance matters including the HOA master policy and HO6 requirements.
🔭 Long-Range Planning Committee
Focuses on the future of Leisure Village — evaluating major capital improvements, community development priorities, and long-term infrastructure needs.
