Signage Policy
Real Estate Sign Rules
To maintain the beauty and integrity of our community, Leisure Village has specific rules governing real estate signage. All homeowners and realtors must comply with the following requirements.
🪧 What's Permitted
- ✓ One sign per residence maximum
- ✓ Maximum sign size: 6 square feet
- ✓ Placement in window, garage door, or patio fence
- ✓ Standard "For Sale" or "For Lease" signage
- ✓ Remove all signs promptly once the home is sold or leased
🚫 What's Not Permitted
- ✕ Illuminated signs of any kind
- ✕ Open house signs or flags on any Leisure Village common property
- ✕ More than one sign per property
- ✕ Signs exceeding 6 square feet
- ✕ Signs placed on common area fencing, landscaping, or public areas
