Realtor Forms & Requirements
Before any showings, open houses, or buyer tours can take place at Leisure Village, the listing agent and homeowner must both complete and submit required forms to the Association Office. Both the homeowner and the realtor must each complete a Realty Authorization Form and return them to the Association Office before showings begin. All forms are also available at the Association Office.
