Realtor Forms & Requirements
Before any showings, open houses, or buyer tours can take place at Leisure Village, the listing agent and homeowner must both complete and submit required forms to the Association Office. These forms ensure community security procedures are followed and that all parties are properly authorized.
Both the homeowner and the realtor must each complete a Realty Authorization Form and return them to the Association Office before showings begin. Forms are available for download below or can be picked up at the Association Office.
