The monthly HOA fee covers the operation of the Recreation Center and its facilities, security, water, trash, sewer, Spectrum cable TV, Spectrum internet, landscaping, exterior maintenance of your home and greenbelt areas, and the master insurance policy for homes’ exteriors and common areas. Termite correction is not included.
The HOA fees cover 1 person with an additional $30 charge for each additional person. Residents are responsible for paying their own electricity to SCE.
