Welcome to the Community
Your Journey Starts Here
The Leisure Village Association does not sell or rent properties. All real estate transactions are handled by third-party realtors and owners. Here's what you need to know to make your purchase smooth, informed, and exciting.
Get a Valid Pass
Prospective buyers may not enter the community without a valid pass from the homeowner or authorized realtor on record with the Association Office.
Tour with an Agent
All guests must be accompanied by the homeowner or an authorized realtor, including when touring common areas and community amenities.
Review the Escrow FAQ
Our Escrow FAQ covers transfer fees, required documents, timelines, and Association contacts for escrow officers. Available via FrontSteps public documents.
Submit Escrow Documents
Escrow must submit all required documents prior to closing — including the Buyer Information Sheet, Escrow Demand Request, and required checks.
Register Gate Access
Leisure Village uses automated License Plate Recognition (LPR). Once ownership is recorded, register your vehicles for gate access through the Association Office.
Welcome to the Village!
After closing, new owners receive a Welcome Packet, FrontSteps portal invitation, and full information on HOA dues and community guidelines.
