The Security Department works 24/7 to keep Leisure Village community safe. Our courteous and diligent gate ambassadors monitor gate access 24-hours, a hot dispatch attends to community service requests, and 24-hour patrols by marked security vehicles remain vigilant.

Emergency Operations Plan

The Leisure Village emergency operations plan aligns with industry standard protocols and addresses the specific threats the Village may face. Officers are certified First Responders trained for fire, natural disasters, and medical emergencies.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found

If you have lost or found an item in the Village, call (805) 484-2861. Residents can expect a response within 48 hours. High-value items are stored in the Security office for 30 days.

Community Rule Violations

Community Rule Violations

Residents who suspect a community rule violation has occurred may complete a complaint form, available at the Community Center or via the contact link below. Violations include occupancy violations, clutter, and noise or nuisance complaints.

Gate Access

Gate Access & LPR System

Leisure Village uses an automated License Plate Recognition (LPR) system. After closing escrow, register your vehicles with the Association Office to activate gate access. Contact Security for visitor pass information.

RV Storage

RV Storage

RV parking is not permitted in residential areas, except during loading and unloading. Two RV storage lots provide space for residents to park trucks, trailers, vans, boats, and other recreational vehicles. Call Security Services at (805) 484-2861 for more information.

The Disaster Preparedness Committee volunteers, working under GRF and in cooperation with the Security Department, aim to keep residents aware, informed, and prepared for major disasters.

Good Neighbor Program

Good Neighbor volunteers, trained by the Disaster Preparedness Committee, help prepare and check on their neighbors in the event of a disaster, big or small. If you don't know your Good Neighbor contact, there may not be one for your building — become a volunteer today!
