Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
The CC&Rs are the primary governing document of the Leisure Village Association. They establish the rules, obligations, and rights of all homeowners and the Association — covering everything from property use and architectural standards to maintenance responsibilities and community standards.
All residents and property owners are encouraged to read and understand the CC&Rs. If you have questions about a specific provision, please contact the Association Office.
