Association Information Forms
All real estate transactions at Leisure Village require the completion and submission of Association Information Forms (AIF) as part of the escrow process. These forms ensure the Association has accurate records of new ownership and that all transfer requirements are met before closing.
Forms must be submitted to the Association Office prior to closing escrow. For questions about which forms are required for your specific transaction, contact the Association Office at (805) 484-2861 and select option 2 for Escrow.
