• Update on golf course aeration

The landscape teams began aeration on the golf course greens on Wednesday, April 8.  However, the aeration was delayed for unforeseen circumstances. We resolved the operational issue to ensure the work could continue efficiently. The sand spreader was used to help complete the process.

Although the weekend weather forecast is predicting rain, the latest guidance indicates that there will not be enough rainfall to impact the watering schedule, by allowing the sprinklers to be turned off.  In order to keep our beautiful green space looking its best and in optimal health, the sprinklers will not be turned off.

There was a system glitch in the ACH file that automatically withdraws funds from residents’ bank accounts for payment of assessments.  It has been resolved and all emergency special assessments as well as regular monthly assessments will be withdrawn from resident bank accounts on Wednesday, April 15.  Apologies for any inconvenience.
