Camrosa Sewer Repair

On June 15^th and 16^th, 2026, J Vega Engineering will begin repair work on a portion of an existing sewer main located on Leisure Village Drive, approximately 200-feet south of the guard shack adjacent to Santa Rosa Road.  The work will involve the installation of  a “cured in place” liner within the existing sewer main that will be accessed through the existing sewer manhole.

Construction is expected to take approximately 1 to 2 days. During this time, traffic control will be required to secure a traffic lane to perform the necessary work.  Working hours are expected to occur between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless circumstances require the contractor to extend their workday to accomplish a specific task (attachment of map included).

Election Ballot

It’s election season! Get ready to vote for two seats on our Village Board of Directors!

The Village Election Committee and the Association want to support those residents who find it difficult to drop off their ballots at the boxes located in the Community Center lobby or the Administration office. We are aware that some folks are challenged by having to walk down the driveway to the mailboxes, too.

If you or someone you know is not currently driving or has any kind of mobility challenge, please call the Administration office (805-484-2861) and we will make arrangements for someone to pick up your sealed ballot and deposit it in one of the collection boxes.

All ballots will be counted during the Annual Meeting on June 25, so please call for assistance prior to June 24.  Ballots were mailed out in late May and if you weren’t there in person, you can still listen to the candidates as they spoke on Candidates’ Night via either LVTV or streaming on YouTube before you make your decision.

This year, we want to encourage ALL residents to vote and we sincerely hope that by providing this service, it will become that much easier.

• Board election ballots can be picked up for drop off – just call the Administration office.

Special Assessment Reminder

• A separate ACH form is required to automatically pay your Special Assessment. Your Regular Assessment ACH will not process the Special Assessment payment.
• Some residents received late notices even if you are enrolled in the Special Assessment payment plan. The notice is automatic when a balance is on the account. You are not delinquent.
• We will continue providing information and assistance to ensure residents understand their payment options and obligations.
• If you have questions regarding your Special Assessment status, please contact the Administration Office.

RFID Distribution Event

• Security will be hosting an RFID Tag Distribution Event for residents (event attachment included).
• The event will take place in the Community Center bus lane.
• Additional information regarding dates and times will be provided.

Turf Beautification Project

• The Turf Beautification Project is currently underway between Villages 16 and 18.
• We are very excited about this project and the improvements it will bring to these areas.
• Residents can review the beautification plans on FrontSteps, in a dedicated folder under documents.
• I encourage everyone to take a look at the plans and follow the project’s progress.

Green Waste Dumpsters

• Gothic and Management has developed a plan to place dumpsters in designated locations to assist residents with disposing of green waste from homeowner-maintained planting beds (locations map attachment included).
