At this time, there is no estimated repair date for the pool. We continue to work closely with our vendors and the County as final plans are developed. We appreciate your continued patience and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

The temporary shutdown by Camrosa to flush the irrigation lines resulted in some grass browning. Also, two of the three filter seals for the non‑potable filtration system cracked. However, repairs are completed and water is restored. Irrigation schedule will resume as normal.

This is a reminder that the Special Assessment payment was due on April 15th. If you have not yet submitted payment, please do so promptly or contact the office to discuss available payment options.
 No late charges will be assessed for the first payment as long as:

• Payment is made by May 15, or
• A six‑month payment plan is in place
