Hot Topics:
Town Hall Meeting Key topics include the following:
Please attend if you want more information about our five-year financial forecast. You will have the opportunity to ask questions to the Board of Directors and the General Manager.
Potable Leak Detection We would like to take a moment to thank Camrosa Water District for approving a qualified leak detection service company to assist the Village with identifying potential leaks and points of concern throughout the community. This was a significant effort, and we truly appreciate the support of both the Camrosa Board and Norman Huff in helping Leisure Village proactively address water-related issues and conservation efforts. We will notify Villagers early this summer when the company is scheduled to arrive.
Pool update Horizon Mechanical has repaired the pool. Temperatures have stabilized.
Candidates’ Night Come to the Assembly Room (AR) in the Community Center on Thursday, May 28. The program begins at 5 PM with the live moderated Q & A from 5:30-7:30. The timing considers Villagers who are working and the event will also be broadcast live on LVTV 1390 as well as livestreamed on YouTube. Watch your inbox for the link and the promotional flyer. The program will be recorded for future replay and streaming on demand. Bring questions for the candidates to the AR or email them to townhall@leisurevillage.org.
Board Election Ballots The official ballots for this year’s election to fill two open seats on the board of directors will be mailed to all owners over Memorial Day weekend. Watch your snail mailboxes for the official ballot package. Follow instructions in the packet and drop completed sealed ballots in one of the secure collection boxes in either the Community Center lobby or at the Administration office prior to the Annual Meeting on June 25, when all ballots will be counted. This is YOUR opportunity to elect YOUR board of directors. PLEASE VOTE! |

Gothic Spray Schedule You may have seen in my recent newsletter that Gothic Landscape has begun distributing both spray schedules and mow schedules. These schedules will also be posted in the Atrium for resident reference. Please note that some villages may not appear on the spray schedule due to spot-treatment applications only. If your village is scheduled for treatment, Management will provide at least 48 hours’ notice through a community newsletter prior to spraying. |
