GRAPES R US-
FYI- The tasty wines for our July Tasting session were from Sextant Winery with vineyards in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.
The wines were: 2025 Estate Grenache, 2024 Santa Lucia Highlands Reserve Chardonnay, 2023 Santa Lucia Highlands Reserve Pinot Noir, 2024 Holystone Zinfandel, and a 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. They were presented by Shirley Leviโs son-in-law who has many years in the wine industry and works with the Sextant winery. His presentation was both entertaining and informative. The wines were outstanding, and some can be found at Vons.
For August, consider joining us for our next tasting on Friday, August 21. Doors open at 6:30 pm, so come early to select your own very special table. Feel free to bring some of your own snacks (sharing is caring) and donโt forget your wine glass. Wine doesnโt taste as well in paper cups! We will start this educational and tasty event at 7 pm.
